Daily Sports Signal ("DSS," "we," "us") is an automated sports data reporting service. This page explains what information we collect from visitors and subscribers, how we use it, and how you can control it.

• The signup form on this site — your name, email address, phone number, and (if applicable) who referred you.
• The feedback form — whatever you choose to share about your experience using the service.
• Email replies — if you reply to one of our daily emails to join, leave, or ask a question, we keep whatever information you send us (typically name and email).
• Payment information, if you subscribe to a paid plan — this is collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not track your browsing activity across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you the daily report and related service emails.
• To manage the pilot/subscriber distribution list, including adding or removing you at your request.
• To respond to feedback or questions you send us.
• To process payment and manage your subscription, via Stripe, if you're a paying subscriber.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Information submitted through our forms is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Subscriber and distribution-list information used to send daily emails is stored securely as part of our email delivery pipeline. Payment information is stored and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.
• Access or deletion: to request a copy of the information we have about you, or to have it deleted, email us at [email protected].
• Cancel a paid subscription: handled directly through Stripe's billing portal, or by contacting us.
